By encouraging her clients to try more plant based, seasonal and local foods she has helped educate them on the impact food has on health, weight and energy. Stacey believes the best way to teach people about eating well, is to feed them great food. This is her inspiration for developing KALE + CO.

Tori Hoehn

Tori attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she earned her degree as a holistic health counselor. In 2009, Tori created, Balanced For Living, a private health counseling business where for the past five years she has been dedicated to empowering her clients with the tools they need to live happier, healthier lives.

Tori's past experiences of growing up in the restaurant business and having family members in the medical field taught her the science of how food combined with a healthy lifestyle can heal you. Her passion for fitness and health led her on a path to figure out a way to create amazing food that made you feel good both inside and out. Her goal and inspiration has been to teach families a balanced approach to living.

As a mother of two young girls, Tori is well aware of the difficulties families face balancing busy lifestyles and planning nutritionally balanced meals. In 2013 she decided she wanted to do more than counsel people; she wanted to get back to the kitchen. Making healthy food more accessible to families is her inspiration for developing KALE + CO.
